OPARC's mission is to help provide safe recreational access, infrastructure, and programs that enhance the physical, emotional, and social health and quality of life of all Oceano residents.

    CURRENT PROJECTS  & INFORMATION:

    OPARC - Informational Flyer

    OPARC is currently working with the Lucia Mar Unified School District and Habitat for Humanity and will soon be fundraising for a brand new walking/jogging track to be built at Oceano Elementary School. The track will benefit both students and the general public. The site will be open to the public during daylight hours when school is not in session. More information will be coming soon!
