Safe & Sane Fireworks in Oceano – Public discharge period is 10am – 10pm

On March 10, 2021 the Oceano Community Services District Board of Supervisors passed Ordinance 2021-01 (repealing and replacing District Code 15.10) which revises the Public Discharge Period:
Discharge of “safe and sane fireworks” may only occur between 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on July 4th.
Discharge of any fireworks outside this time period is illegal.
Remember to dispose of your firework refuse properly.
